Every day, I have conversations with individuals from various parts of the world and diverse age groups. I find it interesting to observe people’s speech patterns, their choice of words, rhythm, and descriptive language. Lately, when communicating with individuals from the Gen Y and Gen Z cohorts, I’ve noticed frequent usage of the term “Legit.” However, I find the overuse of the word “Like” quite tiresome. During job interviews, if a candidate uses the word excessively, I regret to inform them that they won’t get the job. I hope you understand my perspective.
